Best-selling novelist Jessica Francis Kane will give a reading from her new novel, Rules for Visiting, which NPR calls “fun, hilarious, and extremely touching.” The novel touches on friendship and connection, with the backdrop of gardening, trees, and a sense of place.

The event is part of a year-long series on campus in the environmental humanities.
