Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839–1892) is widely recognized as the last master of traditional Japanese woodblock print; his expressive imagery has influenced contemporary manga and anime. The exhibition in the Williams Center Gallery is accompanied by a lengthy schedule of lectures, workshops, and film screenings.
