The Arts at Lafayette is hosting an arts-packed week from Sept. 28 through Oct. 5, 2024, around campus. There will be a reading by award-winning novelist Susan Choi, jazz at Williams Center for the Arts, Lafayette musicians playing in Porchfest, faculty performances, plus a show by three-time Grammy nominee saxophonist Lakecia Benjamin.

Susan Choi’s novel, Trust Exercise, won the National Award for Fiction in 2019. Her work has also been a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and the PEN/Faulkner Award and winner of the PEN/W.G. Sebald Award, and the Asian-American Literary Award for fiction.
